it?

need bone grafting to restore the lost bone to support implant.

Implants?
Implants do fail when the supporting bone do not attach firmly
to implant for whatever reason. Careful treatment planning

up after treatment can minimize failure.

I hear implant surgery is very painful!
If you need many implants to replace several missing teeth,
then you may experience some discomfort and low-grade pain.
But, usually you only need one or two implants, and you will
not have much discomfort. Each patient experiences different
level of discomforts after surgery. But, many patients do
confess that implant surgery was not painful, as they have
thought.
